Earth rotates counter clockwise but viewed from opposite direction looks clockwise
The Earth rotates counterclockwise when viewed from above the North Pole. This is known as prograde rotation, and it's why, for example, the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west in most places on Earth.
However, if you were to view the Earth from the opposite direction, looking from the South Pole (or as if you're looking "up" from below the equator), Earth's rotation would appear clockwise. This change in perspective is due to the fact that you're viewing the rotation from the opposite side, so the direction of motion seems reversed.
To summarize:
From the North Pole, Earth rotates counterclockwise.
From the South Pole (or the opposite perspective), Earth rotates clockwise.
